Important Booking Information

By confirming your booking with Balkrishna Imperial, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

  1. Booking is confirmed only after 50% advance payment. The advance is non-refundable.
  2. Full payment must be completed before the event begins.
  3. Event timing must be followed strictly. Extra hours are chargeable.
  4. Decoration themes, catering, DJ, projector/LED, and rooms are chargeable services.
  5. Outside decorators or caterers allowed only with prior approval from management.
  6. Any damage to hotel property or hall setup will be fully chargeable.
  7. Management is not responsible for loss of valuables or personal belongings.
  8. Music and sound must follow local law and permitted time limits.
  9. Parking is at the vehicle owner's risk.
  10. No firecrackers, smoke items, or hazardous materials are allowed on premises.
  11. Advance payment is non-refundable; date changes depend on availability.
  12. Confirming the booking means accepting all hotel rules and policies.
  13. All Price mentioned will be charged with GST as applicable.
  14. Any items mentioned in the packages are subject to availability and may be changed by the management.
  15. Management is not responsible for any service interruption or unavailability caused by external factors.
